The new Elantra N V2.0 intercooler features a denser bar and plate core than our previous design, increasing the internal fin surface area. This design improves heat transfer, drops intake air temperatures faster, and resists heat soak more effectively, giving you consistent power through repeated pulls.

Using 3D scans of the Elantra N engine bay, we engineered a stepped-core design that is 30 percent thicker than OEM while maintaining a direct bolt-on fit. No cutting or modifications are required, and the cast aluminum end tanks are shaped for smooth airflow and high efficiency.

Tested extensively on both stock and tuned calibrations, the intercooler delivers gains of up to 10whp and 10wtq on OEM tuning and up to 15whp on Stage 1 setups with added boost. During extended wide-open throttle runs, it maintains lower IATs to hold as much as 30whp over OEM.

Product has some damage to it from manufacturer but sxth denies this even with photo evidence. They say it's normal. Very poor customer service. Had to pay import fees as they incorrectly labelled it with the retail price instead of the sale price I paid. I have bought many items from this company and everytime it has been a drama.

I love it

If any one asks me which one I love the most among SXTH parts I installed on my EN, this is the one. Honestly, prior to installation I was worried about two things. First, by installing this IC means I will have to remove the stock shroud and second, the heavier weight compare to stock IC. But, this master piece just overtakes those issues. Matching up with CPLT intake kit, you will definately feel the difference.
I ran my EN dyno jet yesterday, charged up with CPLT inake, SXTH turbo inlet, HP fuel pump upgrade, HKS spark plugs, SXTH stage 1 ECU, and SXTH.
The best run results, 316.13 whp@6820rpm, 30.36 lbs/ft (45.19 kg/m)@4140 rpm, max boost 21.46 psi (1.48 bar)@3960.

Good product, poor customer service from Hailey

Intercooler fitment is fine, if fitting to a DCT model the cold side hose needs trimming as it makes contact with transmission wiring loom. Finish of intercooler is not the nicest in places, with some poor welding which I was told was acceptable. I have purchased a lot from Sxth and so far this is the only disappointing purchase.
