Shipping policy

SHIPPING
SXTH Element ships to most countries worldwide. Use the shipping estimator in your cart to confirm availability to your location.
Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific destinations. Shipping and delivery estimates are based on item availability and selected shipping method. Domestic delivery times range from 2–8 days after carrier handoff (UPS or USPS). International delivery typically takes 3–30 days depending on carrier and customs processing.
We now offer flat rate shipping within the United States for orders under $499, and free shipping within the United States for orders over $499.
Orders to outlying U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or similar areas are charged a calculated rate. All other international shipments are also calculated at checkout.
Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
SXTH Element does not ship on weekends, and most carriers do not process packages on weekends.
All shipments are sent FOB Origin from SXTH Element’s distribution center. Damage claims must be filed with the carrier per their terms, or through our shipping insurance provider. SXTH Element is not liable for carrier-related damage but may assist with initiating a claim.
Packages are insured by default up to $200, except USPS First Class Mail International, which offers no default coverage. SXTH Element is not responsible for loss or damage beyond $200 unless additional insurance was purchased. USPS First Class Mail International shipments are fully assumed at the buyer’s risk.
Shipments are sent to the shipping address entered during checkout. SXTH Element is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Packages valued over $200 require a signature upon delivery to protect both the customer and SXTH Element.
MISSING ITEMS
If an item or component is missing from your order, email csr@sxthelement.com within 60 days of delivery. After that period, missing parts must be purchased separately.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
SXTH Element ships only to countries pre-approved by us. If your country does not appear as an option during checkout, we do not currently ship there.
All international customers are responsible for paying import duties, customs fees, and taxes charged by their local authorities. SXTH Element does not cover or reimburse these fees under any circumstances.
SXTH Element assumes no liability for shipments sent via third-party forwarding services and strongly discourages their use.
