The CPLT (Complete) Intake System is our comprehensive OEM replacement designed to maximize airflow and turbo acoustics. For Version 2, we have overhauled the mounting architecture and refined our manufacturing process to provide a more reliable, user friendly installation.

What is New for V2?

• Magnetic Lid Mounting: We have integrated our signature magnetic mounting system (originally debuted on the Tacoma CPLT) for a sleek, hardware free look and instant filter access.

• Push-Style Mounting Bosses: Our new mounting system utilizes simple push-style bosses to clip the airbox into place, eliminating installation headaches.

• High-Play Couplers: Redesigned couplers now feature more play to accommodate engine movement and drastically reduce the risk of slipping.

• Retooled XLPE Molds: Our rotomolded XLPE components have been refined through new tooling for even tighter tolerances and a superior finish.

Performance Highlights

• 4-Inch High-Flow Path: A full 4-inch diameter intake tube eliminates factory bottlenecks, delivering smooth, laminar airflow directly to the turbocharger.

• Superior Thermal Insulation: The closed XLPE airbox provides a critical barrier against heat soak, maintaining cooler intake temperatures during idle or heavy traffic.

• Motorsport Sound Profile: The CPLT system amplifies turbocharger spool and compressor surge, providing an aggressive acoustic experience with every throttle input.

• CAD-Designed Precision: Developed using 3D engine bay scans to ensure a perfect bolt-in fitment without any required modifications.
