Preorder - 2024+ Toyota Tacoma, 4Runner & Land Cruiser Throttle Body Inlet
CARB Compliance: Testing planned for 2027
Product Information
The last choke point before your throttle body.
On Toyota's 2.4L turbo (T24A-FTS), the air path runs from the intercooler through the charge pipe, then through one final elbow into the throttle body. That factory elbow is where the path chokes: it necks down to about 46mm at its tightest point, and every bit of air your turbo produces has to squeeze through it.
Pressure drop across a restriction climbs fast as the passage shrinks, so the tighter that elbow gets, the harder the turbo works to hold the same boost at the manifold. The engine still gets its air. It just pays for it.
A full 61.5mm, end to end.
The SXTH Element Throttle Body Inlet replaces the factory elbow with an internal diameter of 61.5mm, about 79% more cross-sectional area than the factory part at its narrowest. The restriction between your charge pipe and your throttle body is gone, and the turbo breathes against less resistance across the rev range.

Dyno testing is in progress, and results will be posted here when they're final.
Cast, welded, and seamless where the air actually flows.
The tube is cast aluminum, so the passage holds a smooth, consistent shape through the bend as one continuous piece. The flange is machined from billet 6061 aluminum for a flat, true sealing face. The two are TIG welded with back purging, and the joint is finished so there is no seam, step, or weld bead on the inside of the passage. Air moving through this inlet never crosses a weld. The airflow path is seamless from the charge pipe flange to the throttle body.
Bolt it on. Nothing else required.
Direct replacement for the factory inlet. It connects to your factory charge pipe and throttle body, reuses the OEM sealing ring, and needs no cutting and no ECU calibration. Fully reversible to stock.
Fitment:
- Tacoma (2024+) — SR, SR5, TRD PreRunner, TRD Sport, TRD Off-Road, Limited, Trailhunter, TRD Pro. Gas i-FORCE and hybrid i-FORCE MAX.
- Land Cruiser (2024+) — 1958, Base, First Edition. Hybrid i-FORCE MAX.
- 4Runner (2025+) — SR5, TRD Sport, TRD Off-Road, TRD Sport Premium, TRD Off-Road Premium, Limited, Platinum, Trailhunter, TRD Pro. Gas i-FORCE and hybrid i-FORCE MAX.
Specs:
- 61.5mm internal diameter: Enlarged passage designed to reduce restriction before the throttle body.
- Approximately 79% more cross-sectional area: Compared with the factory inlet’s approximately 46mm internal diameter at its narrowest section.
- Cast aluminum tube: Paired with a billet 6061 aluminum flange.
- Back-purged TIG welding: Joins the tube and flange into a single assembly.
- OEM component compatibility: Connects to the factory charge pipe and throttle body.
- Factory sealing ring retention: Reuses the OEM seal at the mating connection.
- Dyno coming soon: Performance results will be shared following testing.
