2.5T/1.6T Smartstream AV6 Blow Off Valve

Vehicles equipped with the 2.5T engine are known to have a CEL pop up in colder weather, even those retaining all OEM parts. The code that is read is P2261 for Turbocharger Bypass Valve. We believe that the Pierburg Solenoid upgrade can assist with this, but it is not a guarantee since it happens on OEM vehicles as well as with our AV6.

Our AV6 blow off valve (AV standing for atmospheric valve) is the result of hundreds of man hours between CAD design, prototype building, bench testing and vehicle testing.
Many months of R&D has gone into our valve to produce a quality OEM replacement that makes a crispy clean sound and is 70% the size of it’s competitors. This valve, with a different base, was run for a few months on our 400 horsepower Elantra Sport, so you can rest assured it will perform for you.
Recirculation Port
Our intercooler core was designed using 3D scanning and CAD along with CFD simulation to achieve perfect fitment while maximizing airflow. The "stepped" core takes up as much space as possible so we can achieve the best cooling possible while fitting in the car without any modifications or extra parts needed. Our core also comes with a special heat resistant coating.
Laser Engraved
Our kit keeps the stock cold side tubing for simplicity and we provide a better flowing hot side pipe made from full pre-preg carbon fiber.
