Please note that not every product contains a lifetime warranty. Certain aspects of parts are not warrantied past a specific period of time. You can find out more about our warranties on our Terms and Conditions page.

To make a return, follow the steps below:

All returns subject to 20% restocking fee. Shipping from anywhere outside of the U.S. will need to be covered by the purchaser.

  1. Enter your Order Number and Shipping Zip Code in the fields below to check for return availability.
    No returns accepted on Custom Ordered Products, electronics, closeout/clearance items. No returns will be accepted after 60 days from ship date. Labels can be generated up to 50 days from ship date.

  2. Ensure your products are in new condition and in its original packaging. Those that are not will not be accepted. Damaged/installed products will be destroyed or returned to you at your cost with no refund.

  3. Print and fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization Form to be included in your returned package.
    All returns must be accompanied by the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form. No exceptions will be made. All packages that arrive without the form will be sent back to the sender at their cost.

  4. Take your package to either FedEx, UPS or the United States Post Office for dropoff, depending on the label that is printed.

We understand that not everything can be perfect, as much as we would like it to be.

For those times that something didn't go perfectly, please contact us at csr@sxthelement.com. We will do our best to fix your issue and improve your experience.

Please be aware that questions regarding separate shipments for dropship items will not be answered if the timeframe between you ordering and the maximum build-to-order time has not passed. If your item's code starts with DSI- then your item will ship separately; and if it is a custom item, then it will ship according to the timeframe on the product's page. Please allow this time frame to pass before inquiring about the status of the shipment.

Please also be aware that the following questions will not be answered to allow our Customer Service Team the time to handle pertinent requests:

  • Questions about stock status (sign up for In Stock Notifications under each product).
  • Release dates for upcoming products.
