Our AV6 blow off valve (AV standing for atmospheric valve) is the result of hundreds of man hours between CAD design, prototype building, bench testing and vehicle testing. Many months of R&D has gone into our valve to produce a quality OEM replacement that makes a crispy clean sound and is 70% the size of it’s competitors. This valve, with a different base, was run for a few months on our 400 horsepower Elantra Sport, so you can rest assured it will perform for you.




The AV6 is designed to be a direct factory bypass valve replacement with a clean sound and solid performance. The body is machined from billet 6061 Aluminum, anodized black. The piston is brass and designed to be as light as possible for lightning fast response.

The AV6 uses the factory bypass valve gasket for a leak free, 100% bolt on solution. The kit comes with new fasteners and vacuum line so nothing else is needed for installation. Just open the box, install and drive!

Sounds amazing.

Just installed this on my 2020 veloster n. Took all of 30 mins and was super simple. Has an amazingly crisp pshhht sound.

Great sound and functionality.

Installation is straightforward but does take some elbow grease, I found it easier to unhook the top of the intercooler pipe to give more wiggle room.

This blow off valve gives a pleasant clean and loud "woosh", not the "pssssst" type. I found that the sound it makes greatly increases my smiles per drive.

I noticed others mentioned boost leak and needing to change a solenoid or something, but I haven't noticed any leaks under full boost acceleration, although you do hear boost leaking during throttle blips like when downshifting but that would be a situation where full boost isn't needed.
I will keep monitoring it's performance but as of the 2 weeks I've been using it, it's been a cool addition to the car, and another way of increasing fun without needing to engage N mode.

Great BOV for Veloster N!

This blow off valve is amazing for the Veloster N and it was a breeze to install! Minimal tools were required and it took roughly 30-35 minutes. Great product

Great sound, easy to install.

Another great quality piece from Sxth. Perfect fit for my elantra n. Install took no more than maybe 45-50 minutes. Using with a AFE Takeda stage 2 intake and it makes all the fun noises. The only thing I need and is recommended is the Solenoid upgrade. From time to time I can hear the BOV stay open on partial or full throttle. Great stuff Sxth! Love it!

Perfect Item

This Blow of valve is aggressive! Installed on Kona N, and I can't be happier, well...I could be if the BPV and Blow off Valve were just easier to reach under the hood.

Simple install overall, just need patience as it is in a tight spot, the bolts and silicon tube that come with the Blow off valve are so much easier to install than the OEM tube and bolts.

Must have for any Turbo owner
