About SXTH Element Engineering
SXTH Element Engineering was founded in 2014 by two engineers who believed performance parts could be better—smarter, stronger, and more intentional. What started in a garage after work hours quickly grew into a full-time pursuit. After identifying an underserved community of Hyundai and Kia enthusiasts, we poured our efforts into building innovative, race-proven upgrades for those platforms.
By 2017, we moved operations into our first commercial space in Greenville, South Carolina. With a deep background in mechanical engineering and manufacturing, we built a reputation for thoughtful, high-performance solutions backed by real testing and customer success.
Today, we’re channeling that same spirit into a bold new direction—performance parts for Toyota trucks and SUVs. The Tacoma, 4Runner, Tundra, and Land Cruiser represent the next chapter of our mission to engineer parts that actually make a difference. From cold air intakes and intercoolers to turbo systems and recovery gear, we’re committed to pushing these platforms further with the same quality, integrity, and design-first mindset that built our name.
How We Build
Every new part starts with data. We use state-of-the-art 3D scanning tools to capture precise digital models of the engine bay, bumper supports, and other key areas. Whether it's a full vehicle scan or a tight section of engine geometry, this process gives us the foundation we need to build around.
Once scanned, we bring the data into CAD where our design work begins. Every bracket, bend, and contour is modeled in-house. Then we manufacture using CNC machining, mandrel tube bending, TIG and MIG welding, and precision hand-finishing.
This design-to-build workflow allows us to move quickly while staying true to our standard of quality. We don’t guess. We measure, we design, and we test until it works—and then we make it available to you.
