This kit is designed to bolt onto the OEM center console, providing easy access to charging ports without the need for cutting or modifying your interior.

It’s ok but not for me

It’s still flimsy even when installed with plate. Probably fine for most uses but not for me.

Almost perfect

The armrest itself is pretty nice and matches the interior almost to a tee.
Use the base stiffing plate, it helps quite a bit and is super easy to install.
There's some side-to-side wobble but not to bad when you use the small/lower mount. The major issue I found is that the hinge on the flip top compartment is really flimsy and the latch has too much play. This is where the wobble comes in. Design a hinge with a solid connection and make the latch secure and you have a great design.
Overall pretty nice with some minor flaws that can be fixed.

Nice design and matches perfectly

Nice design and matches perfectly. Installation is actually pretty easy, once you watch the video a few times. I did not have to remove the console piece but only pull it up a few inches to get the stabilizer piece attached. There are no permanent mods made so it can be removed and the console restored to original. On the flip side, there were no instructions included in the box so I had to contact SXTH and ask for them. The PDF instruction file was not up to date as it didn’t show all the parts. The install video is very dark and hard to see. Once installed the arm rest feels pretty unstable but is better than nothing. This is ultimately a function of it being mounted on the console which is just thin plastic. The “screws into plastic” attachments of all the pieces tend to squeak and creak and could be improved by using nuts and bolts, however these could easily be over tightened and crack the console piece. Overall I’m happy with it, but it could be nice to have one that’s more solid.
