The SXTH Element Engineering CPLT Carbon Intake is a total package of performance and OEM fit/finish.  CPLT is short for "Complete" and our intake leaves nothing out.

As air enters the OEM scoop and the new airbox, our high flow / dry flow filter with integrated velocity stack feeds air through a 3.75in carbon fiber tube to the turbo. Horsepower and torque gains range from 8-11 across the rev range. With this intake, the factory bypass valve hose connection is no longer used. In doing so, you get those sweet blow off valve turbo noises with ZERO side effects!

Our intake pipe is constructed from 3K / twill 100% carbon fiber and finished with a gloss sealer. We chose carbon for the ultimate combination of strength and heat resistance. At 3.75 inches in diameter, the tube is the biggest on the market. The tube needs to be as big as possible to minimize pressure losses in the intake system for turbocharger performance.

Our Carbon Intake is designed inside a 3D environment using 3D scans of the engine bay.  This allows us to design quickly and easily in a real world setting and attain a perfect OEM fit the first time.  The CPLT airbox drops right in with no modifications required.

Amazing for the price

Absolutely love this product. Super loud and you can hear the blowoff even with the stock BPV. Also looks beautiful. Definitely worth the money. Only complaint I have is that the seam for the carbon fiber is visible and foes right over the top of the intake instead of being hidden underneath.

1.6T CPLT Carbon Fiber Intake 4 stars

This intake was easy to install and looks great under the hood !

SXTH was very fast with shipping and I received my products within 5 days of ordering!

The advertisement says that this bypasses BPV but I was surprised that the kit came with the BPV hose and extra hose clamps.

The only reason I am rating this 4 stars is because the seam line on the carbon fiber tube. They could have wrapped these with the line on the bottom and kept the showpiece of a intake looking much better.

Package was sent to me missing literally the most important component of the kit, also came with a separate item that had nothing to do with the CAI. Extremely disappointed as I spent nearly $500 on this, customer service has not replied to me yet.

Great intake for the money

The installation was definitely a task, but this intake is definitely worth buying. Better MPG on the highway, better acceleration, and for those who like noise, it's fairly loud.

The rubber part the connects to the carbon tube wasn’t the right size and had to be cut in order to fit but other wise a pretty good product for performance gains and better turbo noises

WORTH EVEY CENT!

I looked for i while trying to find an intake for this car and settled on the SXTH 1.6T 2G CPLT Carbon Fiber Intake and its flawless, Sound, looks, performance, everything. Anyone that is looking for this type of intake must buy this one! In addition, very easy to install with no issues at all. Another big plus for this company is when i emailed them for all questions, problems or concerns (not regarding the intake) are always answered in a timely fashion and always explained thoroughly. I cant say enough about how good this company is.

1.6T 2G CPLT Carbon Fiber Intake

For those that do not want my to read my feedback and a long post, 2 stars for the product, and always a 1 point bump for SXTH customer service team, you all rock! So, here goes, I've had this product for a few months now, on my daily driver. There is nothing like real quality carbon fiber (CF) as the sun hits it. And the major reason for this purchase (for me) is, the 1.6L engine rarely sees any love, it's all "N" this and "N" that these days. I get it, I own an "N" model as well, but… it's not the only fish in the sea. I was previously using an "AEM Cold Air Intake System" with a hydro-shield, that sounded great, looked okay and was easy to clean, however since our 1.6L options are limited and are dwindling quickly, I was excited to see a fully enclosed cold-air box with a large CF tube, so I pulled the trigger on this purchase (its SXTH I mean what wouldn't I like right). First the bad, the carbon fiber twill line, on the very top the entire length of the chamber, really? This sincerely bothers me, I could understand if the entire unit was CF, and we had to save some costs, but as the "showpiece" to this product, that was a major let down. Cold air is pulled in through my Velossa Tech wide mouth at high speeds during a drive, which immediately hits not one, but TWO 90 degree walls slowing down air flow, which means we hit issue number three, the large split down the center belly of the air box, below the air filter. I see and understand why it's there, but, that could have easily been avoided with pushing that area up during fabrication. Whatever the reason, it is what it is. As I am sucking in air during acceleration, the front intake air is hitting road blocks, I'm obviously also pulling air from the hot engine below. If I knew that was going to be the case, I would have simply kept the AEM unit installed. I'm currently working on some type of DIY to close that up from the inside of the box (that isn't visible), hopefully that will correct one of my dislikes, as it is constantly pulling dirt up from the bottom of my engine simply driving down the interstate; in return creating many, many more days, that which I have to take the top off and clean it out compared to the Elantra N version. The Good: it's got CF, 1.6L got some love, it's C.A.R.B. certified, easy install and the filter does look good under the glass. If you don't like intake "sucking" noises, you'll like this more, but if you're someone that likes to hear everything, it will mute your intake noise probably about 50-60%. If you turn on the feature to pump in engine noise through speakers, maybe you'll hear it more often. Conclusion, I've loved every SXTH product, this one, I think, has turned into a love/hate relationship. I've still got my AEM wrapped up in mint condition, I'm on the fence with putting it back in, as I know having that straight pass-through of cold air bombarding my filter (at least while driving) keeps it from being starved of colder air. The other upside is the dirt will fall to the lower floor panel, which I can spray out during oil changes. -- I wish SXTH would have updated this version similar to the VN route, would have been much more pleased.
