Your turbo Tacoma, 4Runner or Land Cruiser spends its life battling heat. Our front mount intercooler swaps the restrictive factory unit for a bar and plate core that fills the entire grille opening, keeping intake temperatures in check no matter how steep the climb or how hot the desert sun.
The numbers tell the story, we kept the OEM width, then added 18 mm of height and 21 mm of thickness for about a 9 percent bump in frontal area and roughly 45 percent more internal volume. The result is a drop in pressure from 2.4 psi to just 1.5 psi, which cuts turbo outlet temperatures by 50 °F and lowers post intercooler temps by 12 °F.

Robust cast aluminum end tanks smooth airflow into and out of the core while shrugging off trail debris, each tank is CNC machined for perfect hose fit, then pressure tested to twice the factory boost level.
Lower intake temps mean the ECU holds timing and boost, so power stays consistent pull after pull, testing data will be shared in a detailed blog post soon.
